| In the Fall of 2003, Foulkeways began a project to construction twenty-six, two-bedroom plus den
apartments with full basements and single-car garages. This new neighborhood was named The Tyson Section, to honor our former residents, the Tyson sisters.
The pre-marketing of these new apartments went extremely well, re-affirming our research findings. A new parlor was also included in the Tyson neighborhood to provide additional meeting space and room for private functions and committee meetings. These new apartments were all pre-sold prior to the completion of construction.
