Our work force is exceedingly stable, even for nurses in our skilled care center, which is generally an area that experiences high turnover in other communities. Our department heads are experienced and proven, and the long term interaction between supervisors, staff and residents has promoted good personal relationships throughout our campus. The average number of years of service for senior staff is 16 and the average number of years of tenure for supervisory level staff is nine.
