In 2005 Foulkeways initiated day-long, mandatory training session for all full and part time employees, covering topics such as Fire Safety, Materials Safety Data Sheets, Disaster Planning, Emergency Response, Personal Protection Education, Infection Control, Stress Management, Nutrition and Safety Procedures. Sessions are created to update our employees’ understanding of our policies and procedures and are not only educational but enjoyable, as well. These training sessions insure consistency in the information presented, provide networking opportunities among departments, and allow us to focus attention on specific areas of importance on a yearly basis.
