Did You Know?(The allowable medical portion of the entrance fee at Foulkeways for 2007, has been determined to be $60,869 per person. This amount is deductible on Federal Tax returns, as a medical expense deduction, to residents who moved to Foulkeways in 2007. Entrance fee deductions are calculated each year and available to residents no later than January 31st for the previous year. The allowable medical portion of the monthly charge for 2007 is $1,203 per month or $14,436 per year, FOR EACH RESIDENT. This amount is deductible as a medical expense on residents' 2007 Federal Tax returns. This figure is calculated each year and is also made available to residents no later than January 31st for the previous year.)
Per Diem From time to time, Foulkeways has rooms available in the skilled nursing care center and the assisted living residence on a Per Diem basis. The rates for these services are below: Assisted Living Per Diem rates are as follows: Personal Care Room - $195 / day.
Personal Care Suite - $270 / day
Memory Support Suite - $290 / day. Skilled Nursing Care Per Diem rates:
Semi private $310 / day
