Join the Priority List Today
For your convenience, you can join our Foulkeways Priority List online. Joining our Priority List will put you in line for the first available apartment within the time frame you specify. You identify the style of apartment you wish to reserve (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom), and the time frame in which you wish to enter (year and month). Once a member of our Priority List, you are invited to utilize our fitness center and pool and attend a multitude of events held on our campus. You will also receive a monthly Foulkeways Bulletin.
Fill out the application, below, and include either $1,200 for single occupancy, or $1,400 for double occupancy. One thousand dollars will be applied to your Entry Fee on the day you move into your apartment. It will be promptly refunded, should you change your mind about living at Foulkeways. Regrettably, the $200 single occupancy or $400 double occupancy processing fees are non-refundable.
