Wishing you a festive Cinco de Mayo!
Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican military victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5, 1862, at the Battle of Puebla. Mexican-American activists raised awareness for it in the United States in the 1960s. The day represents pride in Mexican culture and heritage.
