Foulkeways Resident, David Long, Pantene Model

At 95 years old, Foulkeways Resident, David Long, achieved his Dream of being a Pantene model! 

Earlier this year, David boldly reached out to Pantene and expressed his interest in being in a Pantene ad. He mentioned that for the past 23 years, he and his wife have resided in Foulkeways at Gwynedd, and he was frequently featured in Foulkeways ads. Notably, a picture of him and his “white, fluffy hair” sitting at a piano. David credits his years of using Pantene for keeping his hair so soft and fluffy! 

Well, Pantene took notice! Fast forward to David’s 95th birthday, and he was met with an incredible surprise – a birthday party celebrating 95 years of great hair! Proving that you are never too old to go after your dreams, David had the ultimate Pantene party, complete with a nostalgic candy bar, cakes, cookies, a jazz band, and a lively photo wall. His family and many from the Foulkeway community showed up in a BIG way to congratulate and support him. 

To make the occasion even more special, David’s birthday weekend was also his 70th wedding anniversary with his wife!
