(1) Full time position to assist in all dietary functions, including, diet orders, menu selection, resident cardex maintenance, final preparation of all food for the health center, as well as assisting with sanitation duties and dishwashing. Hours for this position are 7:00AM-3:30PM and/or 10:30AM – 7:00PM, 40 hours per week to include every other weekend.
