What will Thanksgiving at Foulkeways look like for 2021? Residents have several options.
- Residents have the option to go home with their families (with education/training for families)
- Residents can have a meal with their spouse/partner (even if they are at different care levels)
- Residents can stay at Foulkeways and enjoy the specially prepared Thanksgiving Feast
In addition, Foulkeways will provide group activities that will focus on gratitude and thanks.
During the uncertainty of COVID during Thanksgiving 2020, Foulkeways staff made every effort to keep Residents safe and provide them with the warmth of holiday spirit. Mary Knapp came up with the idea for the Foulkeways Resident Bells Concert for the holidays. Residents came together, learned a skill, had a purpose and gave to others.
